General Terms of Use

1.        The information included within this site is for your own personal knowledge and reference only. Plagiarism and theft of content is a crime. Forum and Discussion Group Rules

1.       The forums and discussion groups are of a professional nature - users are required to act accordingly. Do not use vulgarity, obscenity, profanity, ethnic slurs, hate speech, or sexually explicit language, or harass, abuse, or threaten other subscribers in the discussion forums. Do not libel or defame others. Members who post messages with profanity or obcenity will have their membership terminated.

2.       Unless specifically allowed in a designated forum, the discussion forums may not be used for product or service sales pitches. Commercial messages or posts that include sales pitches or specific product or service references will be edited or deleted.

3.       No bulk e-mail, junk mail or spam, chain letters, or repeat postings of the same message is permitted anywhere on the forums.

4.       Use your own name when posting to the discussion forums. Do not impersonate anyone else.

5.       Do not "shout" (using all capital letters) in the discussion forums.

6.       When you post content in the discussion forums, you permit this site to display and distribute the content, and to use it for advertising and promotion. You grant to this site the complete, perpetual, but non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, sub-license, etc. the content in whole or in part, throughout the world and universe, on a royalty-free basis.

7.       We monitor and will edit / remove objectionable messages, at our sole discretion, posted on the discussion forums. The person posting a message is solely responsible for it, not Total Backup Care Violators may be permanently banned from using the forums, and may have their Total Backup Care membership terminated without refund or recourse.

Subscription Refunds:

We are certain that your Total Backup Care subscription will enlighten you, entertain you, and provide you with valuable service to protect yourself, your family, your business, your employees, or your clients. However, please recognize that our primary "product" is expert knowledge and information, which due to its nature, cannot be returned once it has been provided. For this reason, Total Backup Care subscription fees are non-refundable.

 
Product Returns:

Unopened products purchased directly from Total Backup Care may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Defective products purchased and delivered directly from Total Backup Care can be returned for a replacement product.

Products purchased through outside companies, advertisers, and vendors are subject to the return policies and procedures of the respective organization from which you purchased the product. You will need to contact that organization directly to inquire about or complete a product return.

To return unopened and undamaged products purchased directly from Total Backup Care within the last 30 days, or to return a defective product for replacement, please contact us for options.*
